Ruibal's Plants of Texas -Whiterock

Yes, I drove a long way to go here, bought a "SONG OF INDIA" plant here for $45. Within 2 weeks, noticed it dropping a lot of leaves, then discovered sticky stuff all over it, sprayed it down with Neem oil, maybe too late, but never recovered! Called to see their return policy, the girl told me it was. 3 day return window??? What!!?? Never heard of such a thing. Not good business! Then tried to repot it and discovered it was packed with MUD! That explains why it was incredibly HEAVY, and probably died! NEVER going BACK!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time visiting and I had an amazing experience. The place is super clean, well organized, and everything looks beautiful—from the flowers to the plants and cacti. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Paulina. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us pick everything out. She even helped carry and load all our plants into the car, which I really appreciated. Great customer service like that makes all the difference. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality plants and a great experience!

Fantastic local nursery- super friendly staff and very helpful. One guy had clearly clocked out and still offered to show me around and the staff member at the checkout offered to help carry soil to my car. Customer service was 12/10 exceptional and they were happy to take their time and coach me through any questions I had. Really fun and quirky ceramics selection if you want something unique for your home or garden. Great assortment of local plants and garden herbs. This is the kind of local business you want to see thrive- shop local and support treasured places like this. Long live Ruibal’s!

This place was a hidden gem! I traveled from Oklahoma just to check it out, and Ruibal's did not disappoint! The plants are well cared for, and they've got a huge selection at reasonable prices. The plants I found look amazing in their new forever home. I loved it and can't wait to get back!
